The project involved the complete restyling of the 9 shop windows of Biffi Boutique, a historic destination for Milanese shopping, located at the corner of Corso Genova and Via Sapeto.
The main objective was to create an engaging, contemporary, and sophisticated design that could establish a coherent dialogue with the iconic interiors of the boutique designed by Gae Aulenti.
We decided to study the existing space, taking inspiration from all the material elements that the architect had used as backdrops, thus designing contemporary images with satin steel, super mirror steel, and veneers from the Alpi company.
The backdrop, intentionally conceived with neutral colors and enhanced by a sequence of slabs with different finishes, serves as a scenography for the differently sized podiums made of colored wood and linoleum.
The idea is to recreate a museum-like setting where fashion items are displayed to the passing public.
